The starting point for RACINE(S) was the meeting of two artists, Grégoire Motte and Isabelle Levadoux, the former having created a whole series of works around the emergence of chicory and endive, the latter focusing on beetroot growing in the Picardy region. This exhibition is about the energy of the work, but also about the energy that goes into nourishing this world, learning about our history and the stories that bind us to the land. All the energy of myth and vernacular stories will unfold in this formerly sacred space.
