Valère Novarina

Valère Novarina (Geneva, Switzerland, 1947) is a Franco-Swiss writer, playwright, director, painter, and draughtsman. He studied philosophy, philology, and the history of theater at the Sorbonne. His first play, “L’Atelier volant” (The Flying Workshop), was directed by Jean-Pierre Sarrazac in 1974. In 2020, he received the Ganzo Poetry Prize for his entire body of work.
