Madeleine Bernardin (Paris, 1980) lives and works in Île-Saint-Denis. She graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris in 2005. Since 2008, Madeleine Bernardin has been part of the artist group RADO, which brings together eight artists with diverse practices. As part of the RADO project “Ce qui ne se voit pas” (2011-2014, commissioned by the Centre National des Arts Plastiques), Madeleine Bernardin authored the project “Forêt-Machine,” a photographic and cartographic investigation into the industrial overexploitation of the forests in the Millevaches plateau.
