Konstantin Grcic

Konstantin Grcic (Munich, Germany, 1965) is a German designer based in Berlin. He initially studied craftsmanship in carpentry and cabinet-making at the John Makepeace School in London before pursuing design studies at the Royal College of Art in London.
Since he established his own design studio in Munich in 1991, he has developed a range of groundbreaking furniture and other design products. Some of his creations can be found in the public collections of prestigious museums like the MoMA (New York). He also works on exhibition design and collaborates on projects in the fields of architecture and fashion. He has been twice awarded the Compasso d’oro.
