Jennifer Tee (Arnhem, Netherlands, 1973), a Dutch artist of Sino-Indonesian origin, lives and works in Amsterdam. In Tee’s practice, the intermediate state, or what she calls “the soul in limbo,” is of crucial importance. Her works encompass sculpture, installations, collage, photography, video, and performance. She has received multiple awards for her work, which has been exhibited in London, Zurich, Sydney, and Amsterdam. Recently, a solo exhibition dedicated to her was held at Kunstinstituut Melly (Rotterdam, 2023).
